You remain in wakefulness and remember about your practice, in other words, inner work is being done.
You fall asleep or forget about your practice.
And only from this moment, begins activation of inner mental Power and its growth and development, which has no end.
what is meditation? Where to start?
The word "meditation" is today's world is used for many processes and describes many things.
First, what people refer to as meditation are the so-called meditative practices. Egregorial practices, which have a "ritualistic" part (religious prayers, attunements), all have a beginning and an end. You prepare for a practice, perform the practice, and then finish the practice – return to a normal state of life. This is not Inner Work or Meditation. This is more a preparation for meditation.
Second stage of meditative practice – is watching and observing your breathing, body position, thoughts, and emotions. Here the practice usually goes one of two ways:
The next stage is when the contact with you Inner Observer becomes unbreakable – constant. Then, a meditative state enters a person's life and can be entered simply by intention. When one does not intent to enter this state, the connection with your Inner Observer is still there, but in a latent state, waiting and always ready to show itself.
At this point, we can say that a person has Awakened, that is, consciousness and awareness manifests in the form of the Observer and concentration of attention on himself. This can in any meditative practice to you.
The next stage, when contact with your inner observer becomes unbreakable – constant. Then, a meditative state enters a person's life and can be expressed and entered simply by intention. And when intention is not expressed, the connection is still there, but in a latent state, waiting and always ready to show itself.
You can start with the first or second stage, do meditative practices, observe your breathing and your own thoughts. But meditation may or may not happen. For starters, I always recommend the "Hollow Bamboo" practice. In short, this is a meditative practice for beginners, which should be performed in a sitting position without crossed legs. Absolutely anyone can do it.
In the future, immersing deeper into "Hollow Bamboo" and performing various meditative practices, a person usually discovers fragmentations within themselves. That is, mass of subpersonalities and psycho-emotional blockages and dysfunctions located within the psyche – the body of mind, as well as tensions in the physical body – also known as Osteopathic Vectors, which lead to failures and disorders of the body such as:
In an attempt to compensate this, the body secretes various hormones, which leads to improper work of the endocrine system, which in turn, will be the cause of further fascial tissue compensations.
Having received attunements, as an instrument of energetic and transformational work, performing various meditative practices and observing yourself, a person slowly unpacks and dissolves these inner divisions within themselves, getting closer to their true self. And only at this stage, when no more inner divisions are left, continuing to perform inner work, a person enters states of:
Blood vessel spasms that lead to deprivation of the blood supply to organs and systems, which leads to intoxication and deviation in muscle tissues.
Various pressures, including mental and psychological ones, which cause unstable emotional states.
Understanding of yourself and world around you
