Osho meditation "no dimensions"

Almost all the work takes place in a special state, a state of immersion, trance, hypnosis - call it what you like - but this state should be a little stressful for a person, take him out of his comfort zone.
Performing rotations in this practice and dance movements - going beyond the limits of defining oneself by one's own mind happens spontaneously and easily.
I really like this technique. And I still do it, and included it in my Retreats. I am sure that it helps many people to reboot, shift their balance inward, work on themselves more, deeper and truly.
I recommend everyone to do this practice at least 2-3 times a week. Ideally, it is better to do it every day. If you do this practice every day - then within 1-1.5 months - you will certainly see good results

Osho Kundalini meditation
- You will work through internal blocks that interfere with the proper flow of energy

A good meditation at the end of the working day. The shaking stage is replaced by dancing, sitting and lying down.
In fact, if you shake sincerely, the "blockages" will hurt - the places where the energy gets stuck. You will feel that it is really hard to move.
At one time, I had problems with the third chakra, I came to the same thing - my stomach is cutting, I just can't. In the end, I removed this thing, I do Osho meditation - and it doesn't hurt!
Of all the Osho meditations, I like this one the most. What is its beauty? You have already demolished everything external - after the session, I worked with you, removed all the magical effects and structures, the external no longer interferes.
And your internal - this is exactly the process we will use to debrief.


Osho nataraj meditation

Nataraj Meditation is a dance meditation. Like all Osho meditations, it is performed to specific music written by Osho's disciples.
In the First Stage, you dance non-stop for 40 minutes.
Dance so that every part of your body is involved, do not control your movements, be completely in the dance.
In the Second Stage, you lie down for 20 minutes. Completely release all tension in your body. Lie down until the bell rings in the music.
In the Third Stage, you get up to light, calm music. You are reborn and celebrate life.
This is the simplest, but very effective Osho meditation. I recommend it to everyone. You just need to dance and not stop. Express everything that is inside you. No memorized movements, only spontaneous dance to the given music.
