Awakening of the life force through the first chakra

Fatigue

Fatigue is a disruption in the functioning of the first chakra.

The first chakra represents the desire to live, move, and grow—inner drive! It’s one of the most complex chakras. It’s the root, the foundation of your interaction with the world.

The first chakra involves several mechanisms and keys for energy flow, starting from it and moving upward.

Energy can flow through the first chakra—first, second—and then it stops there. It exits, and that’s it—the person remains at an animalistic level.

Here’s the key: active functioning of the first two chakras often manifests as an overactive inner "animal." Most of the energy is discharged through these two chakras, often tied to sexuality, which lowers the overall field and energy potential. This is one possible disruption and a common cause of fatigue.

Alternatively, the first chakra can channel energy upward. This is a more feminine pathway, but it’s possible and, for more developed individuals, often the only viable option. In this case, the person becomes more energized and active.

However, the chakras may also operate in a different mode, resembling a stress response at first. Some people push themselves into this state using techniques or practices. In such a mode, the functioning of the first chakra inevitably leads to fatigue.

Fatigue indicates a disruption—a lack of energy being drawn from the Earth. Without this energy, there’s no fuel to keep the “machine” running. If there’s no fuel, check the “cord.” It could be that something wasn’t done right—maybe you skipped a morning exercise or failed to activate a mechanism.

Various approaches can help. I’ve experienced times when I would wake up and immediately want to go back to sleep. I couldn’t work, and everything hurt. What helped me back then were fasting, breathing techniques, and yoga.

The key lies within you. If you want to step onto the path of growth and development, nothing will stop you.

Have you ever felt powerless and fatigue? What helped you overcome it?

Light and Love.
