How to quit smoking?
If you can’t stop, it means you are not present. It means you don’t actually exist at all. Instead, there’s a conglomerate of vague subpersonalities fighting inside your body, each one replacing the other.

What happens is that when one of them takes charge and is somewhat reasonable, it says:
"Smoking? How awful, you can’t!"
But when it falls asleep, another one wakes up and says:
"Come on, quickly, just one cigarette, please."
But who’s really saying that?
It’s the same one that said you shouldn’t smoke.

So, there’s nothing more to say. You don’t exist and you are not present, and there’s no point discussing it! How can there be any personal growth when there’s this chaos inside?

When YOU truly exist and present, if you smoke, you know exactly why you’re smoking and what’s really going on. And you also know perfectly well that you can easily stop it, and for you, it doesn’t exist.

If you’re struggling with something, if you can’t do it, what does that mean?
It means there’s no one to do it.
If you exist, then you have willpower.
If you exist, you can handle anything, and you’ll succeed.
