How to Maintain a State of Balance

Friends, it's important to understand that your state of balance depends on everything happening around you. If you keep your mind on the right path—reading the right books, watching the right films, thinking positive thoughts, and doing good deeds—you will have a much easier time maintaining your inner balance.
Where you go and who you spend time with also has a strong influence. For example, if you visit a club or bar where the energy isn't positive, your chances of losing balance increase dramatically.
Your company matters too!
If you're surrounded by positive, energetically balanced people who aren't affected by negativity, you'll have little to worry about. But if you're surrounded by people with a negative mindset, it's likely that their energy will affect you, causing you to lose your own sense of balance.
Ultimately, much of your balance depends on you. However, it’s essential to understand that no matter what practices you use to maintain it, what truly matters are the thoughts you entertain and the emotions you allow yourself to feel.
