Society vs Spirituality
What do we see in the end? People reaching an age where they feel lost in life. They seem to know it all, have grown weary of it all, and struggle to hear others with an open mind.
On the other hand, some people withdraw from everything, going deeply within, unaware of what’s happening in the world around them. The world feels less real, their internal energy potential grows, and they become more in tune with their inner processes and consciousness. But if this continues, they may start to disconnect, becoming asocial—distancing from regular life.
Here are the two extremes we often witness. As Buddha taught, the middle path is the wisest choice. By embracing practice, you can navigate the social world with clarity, sort out priorities, and find what truly matters.
This practice replenishes your energy and potential. With this renewed energy, you return to life, set fresh directions, and feel more excitement for living. Then, you return to meditation, break down what doesn’t serve you, and rebuild anew.
Like Damascus steel, we refine ourselves by diving into the depths, meditating to gain wisdom, returning to life to put it into action, then back to meditation for further clarity. This cycle of renewal is what I encourage you to embrace.
