Do Debts Affect Your Energy?
In my opinion, debts certainly have an effect, and primarily on your psychological well-being. Being in debt creates a certain weight of responsibility, a feeling of burden.
If you are naturally laid-back, the sense of debt might not bother you. You don’t feel that weight. This can be a valuable quality—to be able to relax about it, release yourself from that responsibility. Yes, you may owe something, but if you can’t pay it right now, there’s no need to stress over it.
If you can shift your mindset in this way, that’s great. Even better is to switch your thinking to that of a wealthy person. Imagine that you owe nothing to anyone and already have everything you need. Think about how a wealthy person would think—they have potential and can do anything they want. What would their thoughts be like compared to someone in debt?
These are completely opposite mindsets and ways of manifesting yourself in the world. So, yes, debt does impact your energy, but it’s not the debt itself—it’s what you think about it!
If you can genuinely think like a wealthy person, truly believing it without deceiving yourself, this can shift your potential. But as long as you think you’re in debt, you’ll remain in that position.
Of course, there are many nuances, but ultimately, everything depends on the individual. And if possible, it’s better not to take on debt.
