Transforming obstacles into new opportunities

Imagine if we had the divine light within us — if we could just shine effortlessly. That would be one thing.
However, our mind, constantly reacting to the "here and now," is often cluttered with unresolved moments from the past—old experiences, successes, failures, and various hardships. These things constantly surface like a loudspeaker, shaping who we are.

Now, imagine that in early childhood, an event occurred that left a psychological scar. It could be a painful experience, a significant episode, and more often than not, it’s tied to some form of abuse—whether emotional or physical.

Such trauma inevitably leaves a mark on a child, resulting in a dysfunction. This dysfunction then becomes ingrained in the child’s psyche, manifesting repeatedly throughout their life. It continuously announces itself: "I was hurt, I was abused, I suffered violence."

Over time, these dysfunctions accumulate to the point where a person starts to fall apart...

So, what can we do?
Imagine that these grievances, traumas, and unmet expectations are things that a person broadcasts primarily to those around them—not to the ones who originally caused the harm, but to those closest to them.

This means family, loved ones. We are connected to them by invisible channels, like ties. The better your relatives feel, the better you feel. And the better you feel, the better they feel—there’s no question about that.

Moreover, a child’s health is directly linked to you. This is 100% true. Friends, if you manage to transform or resolve your dysfunctions in any way, those connected to you—your family, relatives (especially through strong familial channels), friends, colleagues—will undoubtedly feel the difference.

In fact, each of us emits certain informational waves, carrying the essence of our inner world. Naturally, we transmit what we have inside, and if there’s dysfunction, that’s what we project.

The clear answer is that these psychological traumas need to be addressed. We must engage with our inner world and work with the reality of what we carry inside to gradually come to a deeper understanding of balance. Only then can we begin to see what it truly means to live in harmony and how our perception of the world will change once we find that balance.
