What Does the Concept of “Proper Structure” Mean?

There exists something we can call a divine plan. While your parents gave you life, they didn’t decide the color of your eyes, the placement of your moles, the shape of your nose or ears, or the color of your hair.
In other words, there is a blueprint—a unique design that your parents, as creators, did not control. This design was crafted by a higher designer, one who is on your side.

It’s important to recognize that we often distort this blueprint with our own ideas and beliefs about ourselves. It’s not that we intentionally destroy it; it’s simply that we haven’t been able to process certain experiences. At the time they occurred, they were beyond our understanding, and for various reasons, we couldn’t fully integrate them.

This is how dysfunctions form, leading to the creation of separate aspects of the subconscious, known as subpersonalities. By the age of 14, each person has developed several of these subpersonalities, which
together form an unbalanced structure.

This misalignment disrupts the natural flow of energy, creating numerous false channels that interfere with the body’s natural processes, often leading to illness and premature aging. What I’m suggesting is that through meditation and self-work, you can begin to dissolve these subpersonalities. This releases trapped energy and brings about a sense of warmth and relief. When you revisit and re-experience these events as an adult, observing them from a new perspective, you can finally accept and integrate what happened.

All of my meditation techniques are aimed at helping you reprocess these experiences that block the natural flow of energy. The fewer subpersonalities you have, the closer you align with the original plan
that the creator intended for you. The more aligned you become with this plan, the more harmonious your inner structure will be. Eventually, when you fully embody your true self, the need for searching—questions like “What is my purpose?” or “What do I need to be happy?”—simply falls away.

A proper structure means being in alignment with your true self. You no longer struggle with existential
questions; instead, you begin to see and experience life in its purest form.
