THE "HOLLOW BAMBOO" IS A REAL STEP TOWARD TRANSFORMATION.

So, what makes this meditation technique special, and how does it create the expansion effect?
It all comes down to your attention.
When you observe your surroundings with your usual attention, you see limitations—like walls around you. But when you turn your attention inward, you find infinity and spaciousness. In this meditation, you mentally step back and view yourself from the outside, as if watching a character in a video game. You observe yourself sitting, fully detached.
Of course, thoughts will inevitably arise. In just five minutes, you may forget you're meditating in "Hollow Bamboo" and find yourself lost in thought. The key is to gently bring your attention back to the idea that you are simply an empty, hollow pipe through which energy flows. You are merely observing what is happening inside.
This is the essence of the "Hollow Bamboo" technique—focusing on being an empty vessel while disregarding all thoughts. For those 20 minutes, your only priority is maintaining the idea that you are a hollow, empty pipe. Everything else should be unimportant.
As you maintain this focus, energy will naturally begin to flow, and over time, it will expand. Soon, you will start to feel excitement and a sense of fullness. The energy will accumulate, particularly in the first chakra, which is capable of quickly absorbing energy from the environment. You'll know this is happening when you feel unexpectedly energized or aroused, even though you’re sitting still.
As the energy rises higher, it may encounter blockages along your central channel, where you may feel "stuck." Once you move beyond these blockages, the heart opens, and from there, you continue to build your inner structure and rise to higher levels of awareness. This leads to creativity, self-expression, and irreversible personal development.
By practicing "Hollow Bamboo," you lay the groundwork for your meditation journey and open the door to deeper, more fulfilling experiences.
