Meditation Inner Smile

The "inner smile" is a basic technique and can be practiced in any state, position of the body or mood.
However, many people have questions about how to perform it. The technique of performing the "Inner Smile" is extremely simple. You sit down in meditation and have to generate a feeling of a smile inside yourself. It starts from the heart center and spreads to all your organs, your whole body. Additionally, you can also smile outwardly if you like. It is important to feel this warmth and love from a smile. You can generate this feeling within yourself.
An important point is the simplicity of the technique and your deep internal understanding of its simplicity. You should feel as if the cells inside you are smiling; they genuinely understand each other, and they transmit this vibration of happiness, joy, and love to each other, as much as they can.
It cannot be said that everyone can just sit down and start smiling, and everything will work correctly and lead to an increase in energy. But at the same time, if you don’t practice it, you may increasingly fall into a state where the organs in your body dont understand each other, meaning that your own bodily processes will start leading to self-destruction. Unfortunately, we live in a world where certain frameworks, rules, and conceptual bases are imposed on us, which have a destructive effect on the human body.⠀
Stress has become the norm in our time. People dont sleep, they are nervous... And society dictates:
Its okay, everyone has it hard!" But time goes on!
You get nervous once, twice, and processes start in the body that are not beneficial to us. Some more time passes, and then the organs and cells begin to deteriorate, leading to negative consequences.⠀
It is very difficult for people to change and adjust. I remember my own experience—it was difficult for me to just sit and press my palms together. I thought it was some kind of ritual action. There was a certain resistance. But when I understood how the inner smile works, that I could initiate a specific energetic process within my own tissues, I would look at my heart, smile at it, and set the intention to transform negative energy into positive energy. Thats when true positive transformational processes began.
I see that this is a good vibration, a specific emotional background, a connection with certain aspects of the emotional background—a good process. If we see that a person is too caught up in mental constructs—trying to justify or outsmart themselves—it can lead them astray. Practice is needed here.
Over time, when you practice, it becomes clear where that fine line of joy is, the one that elevates a person and all their bodies to another level, replenishing and transforming the negative energy within the body with this positive, joyful energy, and where there is just fantasy about this process.
That’s the difference between what is considered a successful technique and an unsuccessful one. In other words, a person may pretend and try, but in fact, waste time, while another person may genuinely undergo deep inner transformation and, with their own intention and resources, make profound, correct internal changes.
