What Does Back Pain Indicate? Is Everything Really Okay?

Understand that pain is a sign that you need to pay attention to the source of that pain. It's a signal that something is wrong. It often means that a person is not satisfied with their life. When you seriously ask someone, "How are you?" they may say, "Everything is fine," but in reality, things are far from fine, and they don't want to admit it, even to themselves. This internal conflict can manifest as physical pain.

"I just have back pain, but otherwise, everything's fine." Is it really? The truth begins to emerge: "I'm unhappy with this relationship, I'm not satisfied with my work, I'm not paid enough." And so on. Little by little, all of this builds up, until it becomes so overwhelming that the person experiences back pain and headaches. Why? Because there's a disconnect between what they truly feel and what they tell themselves.

To truly address a problem, it's not enough to say, "I don't have any problems." You need to face it, feel it, accept it, and process it. Only then can you let it go, forgive, and release it, allowing the issue to stop bothering you. If you ignore it and tell yourself, "I have no problems," but inside, there's resistance, that resistance will inevitably show up as back pain. And then the person says, "My back hurts, but I have no problems."

Friends, it's important not to lie to yourself. Acknowledge that there are problems, and work through them.

Light and Love 🙏💖
