About proper breathing

It takes years to learn how to breathe properly.

Proper breathing, as described in Ramacharaks book The Hindu-Yogi Science of Breath is the awakening of rhythmic vibrations through breathing and controlled by consciousness.

Breathing starts with the cultivation of natural measured breathing, slow inhalation, air retention, and then slow exhalation. Full yogic breathing begins with inhaling air first into the stomach, and only then the lungs are filled. Exhalation also occurs gradually - first the air is exhaled from above from the lungs, then from the abdomen. Breathing should be rhythmic. For example, inhale for 4 counts, delay for two counts, exhale for 4 counts, delay for 2 counts.

If you know how to redirect attention to breathing, your consciousness will go inside, you feel the inhalation, you feel the exhalation. By directing attention to your own breathing, you are transferring the vector of your attention inward, where typically it comes from the eyes and usually dissipates in the environment.

Attention + breathing generates an energy flow. If at the moment of practice there is a possibility of activating any channels, then breathing techniques always enhance and always help to be aware of these energy flows.

In the online course New Power Transfer and the 1st course of Reiki you can learn all this in depth and in detail. I show, among other things, the way of a cleansing breathing.

In 21 days, this program immerses itself into your subconscious. If you continue to work with the program, it will sprout, turn on, and work at the moment when you transfer your attention and do ordinary things. You will have deep inner breathing and a sense of flow

and space around you.

Light and Love🙏💖
