Total Rejuvenation - Practice "Seven Tibetan Rites"

Initially, this practice was called "5 Tibetan Rites", but later 2 more rites were added to it. I recommend practicing the latest version.
If we trust the original sources, then by regularly doing this practice you can recharge the chakras and start the rejuvenation process.
Having started doing this technique, for me there was, at least, an understanding that this is a good physical exercise in the morning.
Subsequently, I noticed that there really is an impact on certain chakras in the system, and at the moment of performing the techniques, there really is a form of purification and activation of these chakras precisely due to breathing and repeated physical actions.
That is, these are specific physical actions associated with breathing. And if you know and approach the construction of the physical body correctly, then they really activate certain processes.
All actions are performed a certain number of times. Start with 6, or better yet, 12. Then increase the number of repetitions by 3.
1️⃣⚪Turn clockwise, collect energy on yourself, wind up. Then stop and this axis around which you were spinning, it would be good to center it, then your head will not spin. That is, stay in this center. Inside, around you, everything is spinning, and you can walk and do whatever you want with all this rotation. Because you are centered.
2️⃣⚪Next, lie down, raise your legs and head at the same time while inhaling, you need to pull your toes towards you. Exhale, accordingly - lie down.
3️⃣⚪Next, get on your knees, there are dimples on your buttocks, which we sometimes clap when we sit for a long time. We put our palms on them. On inhalation we bend the thoracic spine and head back, as if we stretch the fifth chakra as much as possible. On exhalation, on the contrary, we squeeze the shoulders and everything, as if squeezing.
4️⃣⚪Next we sit down, it is important to maintain right angles. Inhale - we go into the stool pose from right angles, the head is thrown back. Exhale - we sit again in a right triangle.
5️⃣⚪Downward-facing dog pose - then upward-facing dog, from yoga.
6️⃣⚪Again we center ourselves, stand for some time and begin to work with the stomach, pulling it inward on a full exhalation, creating a vacuum, and work with the stomach, sometimes pulling it in, sometimes pushing it out.
7️⃣⚪Finally, we center ourselves and meditate.
You can do it once a day, preferably in the morning.⠀
This is a working technique!💪🙏
