Attention Management

To cope, our minds compress this information, allowing us to only perceive what the brain can manage and process effectively. This mental filtering creates the framework that shapes our sense of self and our perception of the world.
I see this as the internal organization of a person’s mind—how they define themselves and their identity. This internal structure forms the framework of personality, helping us feel like a complete, coherent individual.
In reality, however, we are divine beings with infinite potential, but we feel limited. We identify with our bodies, which have a beginning and an end, and because of this, we impose similar limits on ourselves.
I believe that as divine beings, we are limitless. The key here is to stay in touch with this divine essence, to reflect on who we truly are. There is often a stark contrast between our limited, action-driven selves and the divine observer within us, which needs nothing and accepts all possibilities.
We are particularly interested in bridging this gap between our human limitations and our divine essence. When you sit down to meditate, for example, you connect with this divine energy. At that moment, you become the observer, not the doer.
When meditation ends and you return to daily life, part of your attention remains with the awareness of your divine essence. This subtle shift in attention affects how you act and think. If you don’t completely close yourself off to just being a limited person, you gain a significant advantage—a kind of second source of power.
The first "ring of power" is the awareness of yourself as an individual, the perception of yourself. As we look at a person, there’s a vast amount of information that we do not consciously perceive—like heartbeats, blood pressure, body temperature, and other bodily processes. These are deeply ingrained programs tied to our individual existence, and we have the ability to access this information.
The more we think in rigid, ideological ways, the greater the chances of error in our perceptions. However, the more we become aware of our divine connection and feel from that place, the more accurately we can perceive and understand.
The key here is to properly distribute your attention to read the information around you more accurately. My suggestion is to focus on the lower Dantian and the central channel. This will help you distribute your attention more effectively.
As I see it, the sun shines from behind each of us, like a projector casting light. We are like the film in this projector, projecting our lives onto the screen. Between the projector and what we perceive lies our fate, personality, and all the information that shapes us.
By shifting your attention back to this light that shines through you, you can more holistically perceive the layers of information that exist between the projector and the image we ultimately see on the screen of life.
