Turning Your Attention Inward

By looking within, you start to identify various subpersonalities and internal patterns that can be addressed and worked through. However, if you avoid looking inside, you miss out on discovering these "treasures" within yourself, which are essential for achieving peace and calm.

In daily life, we are constantly surrounded by external mental and emotional stresses—political, social, and more. These create significant pressure on our minds and emotions. While people often endure this pressure for some time, eventually, they realize that they lack the tools to fill the internal void or to release this tension. Without these tools, there's no escape from the constant stress.

We are often pulled into emotional struggles—whether with loved ones, at work, or in various life situations. These struggles affect our mental and emotional states. Every interaction, even if unconscious, can place an invisible weight on us, sometimes leading to a decline in our health.

So, what do I recommend, friends? We have the tools and mechanisms to help us deal with this—whether it's meditations, Cosmoenergy, Reiki, Divine Frequencies, or other practices. By using these tools, we can bring a sense of calm and possibly a deeper understanding of ourselves.

In my view, this inner work is incredibly important and valuable. If you have an idea of how to improve yourself, don't delay—start practicing. Through this practice, you'll discover what truly works and what remains just a belief or dogma.

Light and Love🙏💖
