Living in harmony with yourself

For example, in my case, it’s simple: I am the master! There’s no one inside me who can oppose me.

Yes, there may be occasional whispers or thoughts, but I know that my core essence—the part of me that never wavers—is at the wheel, deciding what I need. There’s no question of doubting the governance of this "state" called Valentin.

This wasn’t always the case. I remember the times when I was off course, carried away by things that didn’t serve me.
It was all garbage—those swings and merry-go-rounds of chaos.

If you throw it all out, only you remain. You cannot throw yourself out of yourself. So, whatever can be discarded—discard it.

How to Clear the Way?

Asceticism is a great help. If you want to seriously work through your subpersonalities and agreements with yourself, adopt an ascetic practice.

Lock yourself in a room or apartment. Turn off your phone, internet, and television. Remove all distractions. Stay alone in the room for three days—or better yet, a week. Only step out to eat, use the restroom, or drink water. If you cross paths with others while doing so, avoid speaking or interacting.

You can bring a yoga mat, a book with asanas, light a candle with some incense, and create a small altar. Intentionally immerse yourself in spiritual practice.

If that’s not enough, try a month, two months, or even six months. By the end, there will be no question of who is lying to whom.

When you are lying to yourself, it means you’re not truly present. Instead, there’s a crowd of subpersonalities that you are not, arguing over who gets to dominate.

That’s all there is to it. Why do you lie to and deceive yourself? Just stop lying and deceiving.

Light and Love 🙏💖
