In truth, it doesn’t matter whether it’s fear or positive emotions. The essence is the same: there’s something with which you have such a strong relationship that you sense something isn’t quite right.
It’s simple—you need to work on these attachments and free yourself from them. You need to create distance between yourself as the observer and yourself as the person involved in these processes. This is done by observing your breath and working within yourself.
