It takes years to learn to breathe correctly.
⠀
Correct breathing, as described in Ramacharaka's book "The Breathing Science of Indian Yogis", is the awakening of rhythmic vibrations through breathing guided and controlled by consciousness.
⠀
Breathing is learned by cultivating natural, steady breathing, inhaling slowly, holding the air, and then exhaling slowly.
⠀
Full yogic breathing begins with inhaling air first into the stomach, and only then filling the lungs. Exhalation also occurs gradually - first the air is exhaled from above from the lungs, then from the stomach. Breathing should be rhythmic. For example, inhale for 4 counts, hold for two counts, exhale for 4 counts, hold for 2 counts.
⠀
If you know how to redirect your attention to your breath, your consciousness will move inward, you feel the inhalation, you feel the exhalation.
⠀
By directing attention to your own breathing, you are already transferring the vector of this attention inward, which comes from the eyes and usually dissipates in the environment.
⠀
Attention + breathing generates an energy flow. If at the time of practice there is a possibility of activating any channels, then breathing techniques always enhance and always help to realize these energy flows.
⠀
In the online course “New Transfer of Power” and 1st course of Reiki “Transfer of Power” you can learn all this in depth and in detail. I show, among other things, my performance of cleansing breathing.
⠀
In 21 days you can download the program into the subconscious.
⠀
If you continue to support the program, it will grow, turn on, and work at the moment when you turn your attention and do normal things. You will have deep inner breathing and a sense of flow and space around you.
