EQUIPMENT
List of things you must take with you
Try to take things as light and compact as possible, this is important because all this weight will need to be carried on your back, and when climbing, every 100g of weight you save will save you strength and energy
Trekking backpack - about 50 liters, with belt
The backpack is small - in order to carry the necessary things with you
Sleeping bag (comfort 0°-4°) - no need to take a bulky winter sleeping bag or foam
Trekking poles - reduce stress on knees and help maintain balance
Rain cover for backpacks
Trekking boots or sneakers - these should be comfortable and lightweight boots/sneakers with a membrane for hiking in the mountains.
Light, replaceable shoes (Flip-flops/Sandals) - so that your feet can rest and breathe when parked. If these are trekking sandals, you can walk part of the route at low altitude in them.
Thermal underwear, always top and bottom, will ensure the removal of moisture, and, accordingly, dryness, warmth and comfort.
Windproof pants - pants made of thick fabric for protection from the wind, preferably with a screw stopper. If possible, with a rain membrane. It is better if with zippers on the sides - for ventilation.
A thin, light jacket with a membrane should protect you from rain, wind and snow.
A warm jacket made of fleece or Polartek should remove moisture well and keep you warm.
Down jacket or vest - will be used at heights during stops; the down vest should be as compact and light as possible, but at the same time warm.
2 T-shirts (not T-shirts) - preferably synthetic, moisture-wicking. as they will keep you dry and comfortable, as well as being lightweight.
Athletic, comfortable shorts
Winter gloves, preferably with a membrane, should protect you from wind, rain and snow.
Buff - to protect the face from wind and dust. can also be used to protect the neck and head from sun rays.
Sun hat - cap, buff
Warm headwear for low temperatures - it is advisable to take a light, compact fleece hat. You can protect yourself from wind and rain with the hood of your jacket.
Several pairs of socks (one warm pair) - if possible, trekking ones, they will keep your feet warm and dry and prevent blisters.
Shoe covers - to protect your feet from snow and moisture. Shoe covers should fit well on your shoes, cover the front of the boot/sneaker at the lacing area, and be high enough to prevent snow from getting in through the top.
Several sets of underwear
Raincoat - if you have a jacket or pants without a membrane, or if you don't have a rain cape for your backpack.
Sunglasses - this must-have item will protect your eyes from wind, sun, and also from snow blindness at HIGH ALTITUDE.
Sunscreen with a factor of at least 50.
Hygienic lipstick - will protect your lips from wind and ultraviolet radiation
Thermos (1 liter) - for drinking during a day's walk.
Personal first aid kit.
Wet wipes, toilet paper, hand sanitizer.
Flashlight.
